Shipping Policy
All order are shipped via UPS ground. Ectotherm cannot ship to P.O.
Boxes. We currently ship only to customers in North America. Shipping
rates are automatically calculated by shopping cart.
Return Policy
Returns on unopened products are issued by request up to 10 days after
purchase. Shipping & Handling is not refundable. Opened products cannot
be returned. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
